ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

Spectrumlabs S.A. is fully committed to protecting the environment through the

implementation of an Environmental Management policy aligned with the requirements

of EN ISO 14001:2015/Amd 1:2024. This commitment is demonstrated through the

following principles and actions:

  • Compliance with all applicable National and International environmental legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Integration of climate change considerations into Environmental Management practices, ensuring that strategies address climate-related risks while supporting the company’s sustainable goals.
  • Systematic identification, assessment, and management of environmental impacts associated with the company’s operations, focusing on fossil energy consumption, minimizing waste, and preventing pollution.
  • Continuous education, training and motivation of employees to foster a culture of environmental awareness, accountability, and responsibility.
  • Effective communication and promotion of the company’s environmental policy to contractors, customers, and partners to encourage alignment with sustainable practices.
  • Regular evaluation of environmental management practices and the establishment of new goals to drive continuous improvement in environmental performance.
  • Allocation of all necessary resources to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Environmental Management System.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Spectrumlabs S.A. is fully committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment through the implementation of an Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policy aligned with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018/Amd 1:2024. This commitment is demonstrated through the following principles and actions:

  • Compliance with all applicable National and International legislation, community directives, and standards.
  • Integration of climate change considerations into Occupational Health & Safety practices, addressing climate-related risks while supporting the company’s sustainable goals.
  • Development, implementation, and periodic evaluation of Occupational Risk Management Plans, customized to the specific activities and needs of the company.
  • Implementation of all required safety measures tailored to each job position, alongside regular inspection of equipment, systems, and procedures to verify their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Continuous education and training to enhance employee awareness, responsibility, and accountability, paired with the development, implementation and regular testing of emergency preparedness plans to ensure readiness and safeguard health and safety.
  • Active participation, consultation, and collaboration of all employees and interested parties in offering ideas and proposals to improve the company’s Occupational Health  & Safety performance while encouraging open communication and feedback at all  levels to promptly address safety concerns and ensure continuous improvements.
  • Implementation of Occupational Health & Safety programs designed to enhance the overall safety standards and conditions across the company’s operations.
  • Regular evaluation of Occupational Health & Safety issues is conducted, with new objectives set to ensure continuous improvement in health and safety performance.
  • Complete adherence to measures and obligations designed to prevent and address all forms of violence and harassment, including gender-based violence, workplace harassment, and sexual harassment while fostering the mental health and well-being of employees through support programs and a positive work environment that prioritizes psychological safety.
  • Allocation of all necessary resources to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
