Quality Policy
The Company, with the primary objective of achieving full customer satisfaction and effectively responding to the increasing demands for reliability, technical competence, and proper execution of services, as well as considering the continuously growing demand for new services, has established the following strategic objectives:
- To maintain its accreditation as a competent testing laboratory by the National Accreditation Body (E.SY.D.), through the adoption of the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017, while continuously expanding the scope of accreditation by adding new tests.
- To maintain certification for the overall quality of its provided services, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, by an independent and reputable certification body.
The Company’s Management is committed to:
- Fully complying with the requirements of the standards ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the requirements of customers and other interested parties.
- Providing high-quality services while ensuring the reliability and validity of test results. In this context, all testing procedures fully comply with the specifications of recognized standards such as ISO, EN, ASTM, ASME, and API.
- Ensuring the availability of the necessary resources and providing continuous training to personnel to enhance their technical competence. At the same time, ensuring the suitability of equipment, as well as its proper calibration and systematic maintenance.
- Fully complying with anti-corruption legislation by providing fair, ethical, and impartial services. Personnel are committed to opposing any form of bribery and to signing and adhering to an internal Code of Ethics.
- Implementing a strict data protection policy, ensuring that all personal data and commercial confidential information are collected, processed, stored, and retained as confidential.
- Carrying out actions to identify risks, address threats, and take advantage of opportunities. These actions include the implementation of corrective, preventive, and improvement measures. The effectiveness of these actions is systematically monitored through audits, inspections, and performance indicators.
- Taking climate change into consideration, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015/Amd 1:2024, as a significant factor within the laboratory’s operating context, and:
- Recognizing that climate change may affect operations, resources, infrastructure, the supply chain, and laboratory processes.
- Integrating relevant environmental factors into the assessment of risks and opportunities.
- Maintaining a certified Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of the international standard EN ISO 14001:2015, certified by an independent and reputable certification body.
- Continuously improving the Quality Management System. Effective communication and awareness of personnel regarding their responsibilities and the importance of their contribution to the Company’s objectives constitute a core pillar of continuous improvement.
